Coming Soon!  AdvancedMD EHR ICD-10 Enhancements

Due to the importance of ICD-10 not just to your billing staff but to clinicians as well, we have been hard at work creating a universal experience within the entire suite of products from AdvancedMD.
Key enhancements to look forward to:
  • ICD-10 ready charge slip that is unified across PM, EHR, and MobileDoc package
  • All Diagnosis look up windows will be enhanced with a unified ICD-10 search function to assist in selecting the level of specificity
  • Updates to Patient Notes to help physicians capture clinical information needed for ICD-10 coding
Our estimated timeline to have this available to our practices to begin your testing is the beginning of September.  This will leave you with a full month to further validate the work you have been doing up to this point.
You can be prepared for the upcoming features by building your ICD-10 online charge slip template in the PM. Since we are building a unified experience, understanding the functionality within the PM ahead of time will prevent additional training will be needed with in the EHR.
